The restaurant "Biagio Pignatta" named after the head butler of the Grand Duke Ferdinande I, offers a vast range of typical Tuscan dishes created with an innovative touch.
The restaurant is located close to the Villa and the Hotel, and seats 180 guests on two floors.
The ground floor consists of a large hall and a smaller dining room both overlooking the loggia of Messer Pignatta and a grand terrace overlooking one of the best Tuscan sceneries.

Cantina del Redi
Over the last two centuries the buildings of "Cantina Del Redi" were used for the purposes of turning the local grapes into the noble wines such as "Il Carmignano".
The Enoteca "Cantina Del Redi," located within the Borgo Di Artimino, has maintained the walls of the centuries old medieval castle. The Cantina specialises in typical Tuscan nibbles and traditional Tuscan dishes.
