You cannot really get to know a place until you taste its food. Cuisine, especially in Tuscany, is part of a path of discovery, not only in relation to geography. So with this objective in mind, we organise courses with our Chef de cusine Simone Musu, where participants are taught the ancient art of homemade pasta in an enjoyable, light-hearted way. There are plenty of tricks and advice on some traditional Tuscan dishes to learn while getting to know others.
At the completion of the course, the participants eat the food they have prepared in the restaurant, all accompanied by the excellent Carmignano DOCG wine from Artimino.
